Lately, we’ve been having more then our usual challenges with communication.
Communication is a major component of all our interactions here at our office. Misunderstanding develops whenever communication is incomplete. Breakdown can occur any where in the process from initial contact through diagnosis, treatment choices, or payment options. Lately, questions related to dental insurance have created the most misunderstanding. No matter what you may have heard or read, we would love to have a chance to respond and clarify the facts. We still work with all insurance companies to help you receive your benefits. That has not changed at all. We no longer have an individual contract with any insurance company, and that has affected Washington Dental Service (WDS) and Delta Dental clients. The only type of insurance that we can’t work with is DSHS because they do require a specific contract. Please feel free to contact us by email, letter or phone with any questions that you may have.
